What if we have creativity all wrong?

What if creativity isn’t about novelty or usefulness? What if creativity didn’t connect in people’s minds immediately to art, or special skill, or talent? What if, instead, creativity describes freedom? What if, instead of promoting creativity, we encouraged people to express their creativeness; their ability to create, to make new, to make a change?
