Freedom is an important kind of joy. What if you used freedom, or one of its synonyms – emancipation, liberation, independence, spaciousness, carte blanche, self-determination – as your theme for World Creativity and Innovation Week April 15 -21?
In what ways might you feel the joy of delightful surprise in new ideas, new decisions and/or new actions?

As is often quoted on Twitter and Pinterest, to be truly creative is to not be afraid to fail. If we all operated in total freedom, the world would be a much better place for it and design/creativity would explode!
Is the theme Freedom or is that just a question?
What’s great about World Creativity and Innovation Week April 15 – 21 is that people can celebrate in their own way using themes that work for them in their situations. Freedom fits, for sure, and may be of a lower priority to some. So, if it works for you, use it. Works for me. In the bigger picture whenever novel, useful and surprising ideas, decisions and/or actions occur, a bubble of freedom also released. Agree?
